You don’t have to do this alone. Being a stepmom can be both beautiful and complicated. Whether you're navigating blended family dynamics, co-parenting challenges, or the emotional tug-of-war of feeling “in-between,” this group is a place to be seen, supported, and strengthened.

Stepmothers—new, seasoned, or somewhere in between who are seeking connection, validation, and tools to care for themselves while showing up for their families.

  • Weekly 90-minute sessions

  • 6–8 participants per group for deeper connection

  • Includes guided discussion, journaling prompts, and occasional creative or mindfulness-based practices

You can be the mother you never had.Pregnancy often stirs up unresolved pain from our own childhoods. If you experienced abuse, neglect, emotional abandonment, or other forms of trauma growing up, becoming a parent can feel overwhelming, scary, and even triggering. This group is here to remind you: healing is possible—and you are not alone.

Who This Group Is For

  • Pregnant women who grew up in homes marked by trauma, dysfunction, or emotional disconnection, and want to parent differently—with compassion, clarity, and intention.

​ What You’ll Receive

  • A safe, supportive space to share your story

  • Connection with others on a similar journey

  • Tools to process fear, shame, and self-doubt

  • Education on how trauma shows up in pregnancy and parenting

  • Practices to build emotional regulation and secure attachment
