Immigration Psychological Assessment Services

Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor – Montana

Compassionate, Research-Based Assessments for Immigration Cases

I provide immigration psychological assessments to document the emotional and psychological hardship a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident may experience if their loved one were required to leave the United States.

These assessments are frequently used to support legal filings such as I-601, I-601A, I-212, and VAWA hardship waivers. My approach integrates clinical expertise, trauma-informed care, and cultural sensitivity to ensure that each client’s experience is represented with compassion and accuracy.

What the Process Includes

  • Two virtual interviews conducted via Google Meet (each lasting approximately 60–90 minutes)

  • A comprehensive written report (10–15 pages) provided after the second interview

  • Turnaround time: Reports are typically completed within 10–15 days after the final interview and payment

Fees and Payment Options

  • Total Fee: $1,050

  • Option 1 – Big Sky Court Evaluation Package: One-time full payment of $1,000 (5% discount)

  • Option 2 – Pay-As-You-Go: Three payments of $350

Additional Fees (if applicable):

  • Translation services (for interpreter support during sessions)

  • Rush report delivery (for expedited completion requests)

Collaborative Approach

I collaborate closely with attorneys and legal teams to ensure that each assessment meets evidentiary standards and supports the legal strategy of the case. My goal is to provide clear, comprehensive, and clinically grounded reports that highlight the potential psychological impact of family separation or forced relocation.
